BKA Marco Community
Privacy & email terms

What a community account stores
When you create a free BKA Marco account, Marco stores:
- Your email address — needed to sign in and send you account emails (confirmation, password reset).
- A display name — optional; shown to Marco when you interact.
- Your marketing preference — whether you've opted in to updates (defaults to off).
- Technical sign-up and last-sign-in timestamps.
That's it. No card, no address, no payment details. Payment and live-session tools remain separate and are only engaged if you choose them later.
Marketing email — always optional
Marketing updates (new music, art, studio sessions) are opt-in only. The marketing consent box on sign-up is separate from the account terms — you can have an account without receiving marketing email. You can change this any time in your member area, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Account email — always on
Confirmation, password-reset, and security-related email are part of running an account. They are sent while your account exists, regardless of marketing preference.
How data is stored
Accounts are hosted on Supabase (a managed cloud database with access controls). Each member's profile is protected so members can only read and change their own data. Marco never sells your data, and marketing lists are built only from members who opted in.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe: one click in your member area, or the link in any marketing email.
- Delete your account: email bkamarcoofficial@gmail.com from your registered address — Marco removes your data within 30 days.
- Questions: the same email address, or use the form on the main BKA Marco site.
Third parties
Supabase hosts accounts and authentication. A marketing email service may be used in the future to send updates to opted-in members only — never to the general list. Any such service is covered by this same policy.
